Addition to Neighborhood Health Clinic
7,500 s.f. Education and Community Outreach addition to the existing NHC located at the intersection of Central Avenue and Goodlette Frank Road in Na, FL.
The intent is to add the South building to the existing building delivering the appropriate urban scale and integrating it with the existing building.
The new addition reformulates the dynamics in the building proposing a 1,000 s.f. covered area that gives access to multiple services.
A drop off area helps reinforcing the site new massing and building approach.
The program counts with two classrooms, one community room, one nutrition training room and supporting restrooms and storage rooms.
Team integrated by 2 architectural designers, 1 interior designer, kitchen consultant, lighting designer, MEP and Structural engineers.
Design led by Fernando Zabala for Studio+ Fort Myers.
